Basic Body Strengthening is a chair exercise with a focus on strength training and flexibility. Class is low intensity and designed for the beginner exerciser or for individuals with minor physical limitations. Most exercises can be modified for specific physical limitations.
Come and join us for a hands-on and get dirty planting on May 16th, supported with on going management, harvesting, and cooking of the herbs and vegetables as they're ready. We will be providing a short presentation on the garden plans and health benefits of the vegetation we will be working with. Then we'll play in the dirt.
